How Success Mind Wellness Coaching differs from any traditional coaching?
Let’s take the example of Jennifer, a behavior therapist looking forward to starting her own Mental Wellness coaching to help business owners who are stressed out. She loves how she can create her work-life balance, make an impact, and simultaneously transform other people’s lives.
She says she’s tried LinkedIn posts and Facebook groups and asks friends and work colleagues if they know any business owners or entrepreneurs who are stressed out and need her services. She has also read many self-help books about how to attract and influence clients.
Yet Jennifer isn’t meeting anyone. She gets emotionally drained, and experiences stress and doubts about her new business.

2. Emotions

Jennifer stays home, reads, watches Netflix, and eats ice cream, dreaming about the day she will be living the life she wants and working with dream clients.
