 My Personal failure:

Journey Through Financial Ruin

The real estate crash of 2008 precipitated the downfall of my financial company in 2009, leaving me grappling with a profound sense of failure.

Navigating Through Loss

The bank repossessed my home, investment properties, and cars, and I found myself unable to secure a career and bank loans, which left me deeply in debt.

I felt completely lost, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed by fear, doubt, anger, and depression.

 

A Personal Journey to Mindfulness: 

Since 2009, I’ve been on a transformative journey, guided by a professional mindset coach and a Zen master.

Together, we explored the profound practices of mindfulness and developed a deeper relationship with my thoughts and emotions.

What I discovered has been nothing short of a revelation, I called a new way of thinking. It is ours thoughts that create and shape my emotions and it drives our actions or results.

My Journey to Transformative

After discovering a gap between my thoughts and emotions, I embraced a new way of thinking that transformed my life.

In 2012, I found my passion for working with children and established a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting underprivileged youth and their families. For the next eight years, I dedicated myself to this mission.

 

LESSON I learned from my practice

how Applying the lessons I learned from Success Mindset,and my Zen practice, I utilized Meditation to gain insight into my thoughts, consciousness, and mind.

This practice not only helped me achieve a state of calm but also enabled me to master my thoughts and emotions, allowing me to overcome negativity and gain clarity, confidence, achieving my goal and focus in my life.

The fundamental principle of thought in mindfulness, in particular, has proven to be a valuable tool for achieving happiness and success in all aspects of my life and has helped me to find fulfillment in my personal and professional endeavors.

Having coached individuals from all walks of life, including parents, youth, CEOs, coaches, and entrepreneurs, I have helped them understand how the mind works; the connection between their thoughts and emotions and guided them toward achieving a sense of calm, enjoyment, meaning, and purpose in their lives.

By focusing on my principles of MindWellness and promoting self-understanding, I empower my clients to transform their self-perception, gain confidence, and find their unique purpose in life, through building relationship with their thoughts and emotions.

Mastery Over Thoughts and Emotions

For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to practicing how the mind works through my meditation and exploring the intricacies of thoughts and emotions. This practice has been foundational to my personal growth.
